RIPE Fellowship - Update about the new Programme

One year into the revamped RIPE Fellowship Programme, this presentation looks at why it was redesigned, what we have learned, and what comes next. The new three months journey aims to bring new voices into the RIPE Community and foster meaningful, longer term engagement, supported by a dedicated RIPE Coach. After two editions, one still ongoing, we will share early results, the diversity of RIPE Fellows selected through an external review process, and the challenges that remain, including geopolitical and visa related barriers. The success of the Programme depends on the RIPE Community.
