Childcare

Attendees travelling with children may wish to arrange private childcare during the conference. The following providers offer childcare and babysitting services in Sofia, including options that may be suitable for families staying at the Grand Hotel Millennium Sofia.

Families are encouraged to contact providers directly in advance to discuss availability, the children's ages, required hours, languages spoken and whether care can be provided at the hotel.

Staying at the Grand Hotel Millennium Sofia

The Grand Hotel Millennium Sofia is located at 89B Vitosha Boulevard, immediately behind the National Palace of Culture (NDK). The hotel offers family accommodation and complementary baby cots on request.

When arranging private childcare, families should confirm directly with both the childcare provider and the hotel that the caregiver is permitted to provide childcare in the guest's room or other hotel areas.

The conference organisers do not independently provide, supervise or endorse private childcare arrangements. Families are responsible for making their own arrangements and should satisfy themselves regarding the provider's qualifications, references, safeguarding procedures, insurance and terms and conditions.
