The RIPE NCC has secured a room block at the Grand Hotel Millennium Sofia for attendees.

Due to the limited number of rooms available, it is important to book your room as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee availability at the hotel.

Rates and Availability

• Premium Double Room (single occupancy): 200 Euro
• Premium Double Room (double occupancy): 230 Euro
• Premium Plus Room (single occupancy): 230 Euro
• Premium Plus Room (double occupancy): 260 Euro

The above rates include breakfast, Wi-Fi, and VAT. They exclude the tourist tax of 1.67 EUR per person per night, which will be charged upon departure.

Please book before 9 September to ensure you receive the rate above. Bookings made after 9 September will be subject to availability, and the best available rate for the period will apply.

Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation 15 days before the arrival date.

In case of a single cancellation 14 days before the arrival date, the guest will be charged 100% of the due amount for the firsst-night accommodation.

In case of no-show or a single cancellation 7 days before arrival or less, the guest will be charged 100% of the due amount for the total stay.

In case of an early departure, the guest will be charged 100% of the due amount for the total stay.

Parking
