Fernando de Peroy Rodríguez
Fernando de Peroy Rodríguez is a Telecommunications Engineer from Spain specializing in Data Center network engineering, routing, and perimeter security. His experience expands through Data Center Network engineering in Vigo, NTT DATA, and his current position at the RIPE NCC in the Community Development department.
He holds a BSc from the University of Vigo, participated in the Cisco Incubator Program, spoke at ESNOG 35 on extending L2 over VXLAN, and documents his projects on his personal blog and GitHub. Fernando joins RIPE 93 as a Fellow on the Routing track.

Nadiia Iusupova
Nadiia is a governance and public policy expert from Kyrgyzstan with more than 28 years of professional experience in public administration, peacebuilding, gender equality, and digital
transformation. She spent 10 years working in the Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic and currently collaborates with international organizations, civil society, and the
Women Peacebuilders Network on initiatives that strengthen digital inclusion, community resilience, and meaningful participation in underserved regions.
She is an active member of the Internet Society Kyrgyzstan Chapter and has a growing interest in Internet governance and the role of resilient Internet infrastructure in supporting inclusive and sustainable development. Through the RIPE Fellowship, she aims to deepen her understanding of the RIPE community, build long-term engagement within the Internet ecosystem, and contribute to strengthening participation from Kyrgyzstan and Central Asia.

Shadi Motaali
Shadi Motaali is a Ph.D. student at Universidad Autónoma de Madrid (UAM), Spain. She holds Bachelor and Master degrees in Telecommunications Engineering from Iran. She also brings industry experience in network engineering and planning.
Her current research topics include real-time anomaly detection, advanced machine learning techniques, IPv6 integration, and enhancing resilience in secure network infrastructures.

Fariba Osali
Fariba Osali is a PhD candidate at Max Planck Institut for Informatics in Germany. She focuses on Internet measurement and the analysis of large-scale Internet data, with a particular interest in DNS and inter-domain routing. She investigates Internet operations from multiple perspectives, examining the gap between how Internet protocols and systems are expected to function and how they behave in practice through data-driven analysis.
She welcomes collaboration with network operators and infrastructure providers interested in advancing the understanding of real-world Internet operations, particularly through the sharing of operational insights and measurement data.

Alya Shuja Aldin
Alya is a Management Information Systems (MIS) graduate from Türkiye (2024) and a digital media and technology professional. She focuses on making complex technology and Internet governance topics accessible to Arabic-speaking audiences through media and public engagement.
She aims to contribute to Internet governance, digital rights, and digital inclusion by advancing Internet resilience, meaningful access, and safer digital spaces for communities in Yemen and the wider region.

Assem Amantayeva
Assem Amantayeva is a high school English teacher and college counselor from Aktobe, Kazakhstan, and a board member of the EU Youth Advisory Board (YSB) in Kazakhstan. Her professional interests center on internet governance policy, specifically youth participation.
Currently, in connection with RIPE 93, Asem is developing educational programs and toolkits to empower high school students and young people.

Mohammad Khalil
Mohammad Khalil is a Principal Network Consultant, Enterprise Architect, and technical instructor specializing in enterprise networking, service provider technologies, data center networking, and network security. His work focuses on network architecture, routing, Cisco ACI, BGP security, and cyber-resilient infrastructure design. He holds dual CCIE certifications (Enterprise Infrastructure and Service Provider) and the Cisco Certified Design Expert (CCDE).
Mohammad is a co-author of the Cisco CCNP Service Provider SPCOR Official Cert Guide and has trained thousands of engineers worldwide through advanced CCNP, CCIE, and Cisco Data Center programs. He has advised governments, banks, and large enterprises on network modernization, data center transformation, Zero Trust architecture, and resilient multi-site network design.

Karim Nauruzov
As a kid, I wanted to be a pirate hunter. Turns out I was born too late for high-seas buccaneers and too early for space pirates, but just in time to tackle cyber villains. That’s why I’m joining RIPE 93’s Security track: not just to learn, but to give back by sharing my own hands-on experience and tackling real-world threats alongside engineers keeping the internet safe and secure.

Ebrima Jaw
Ebrima Jaw is a final-year PhD candidate in the Design and Analysis of Communication Systems (DACS) group at the University of Twente, The Netherlands, where he has studied since 2022. His research focuses on inter-domain routing security, Internet measurement, and the scalability of Internet infrastructures, with current work on Internet path security and BGP routing dynamics. He graduated as the best Information Systems student at the University of The Gambia, then served as a Teaching Assistant and acting Faculty Officer for over two years.
In 2018, he won a Chinese Government Scholarship (CSC) for his MSc in Computer Science and Technology (Network and Information Security) at Guizhou University, where his research on network security frameworks was published in reputable journals.
Ebrima is passionate about Internet capacity building and the privacy and security implications of emerging technologies for society.
